Processing and Delivery Times

To give you a realistic and transparent overview, our delivery times are made up as follows:

  • Order Cut-off: Daily at 00:00 (CET). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Handling Time: 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Shipping Carrier: DHL or equivalent certified logistics partners
  • Transit Time: 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8–15 business days from dispatch date

To reduce overproduction and unnecessary stock, we work with a demand-oriented dispatch process. This means handling times may vary slightly, but no additional costs will be passed on to you. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will proactively notify you.

All duties and taxes are already included in the price. No additional costs will be charged at the time of delivery.

United States

All duties, GST/HST and import fees are already included in the price. No additional costs will be charged at the time of delivery.

All duties, GST and import fees are already included in the price. No additional costs will be charged at the time of delivery.

New Zealand

All duties, GST and import fees are already included in the price. No additional costs will be charged at the time of delivery.

Singapore

All duties, GST and import fees are already included in the price. No additional costs will be charged at the time of delivery.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that it may take a few hours for tracking information to be updated.

You can track your shipment at any time via our "Track Your Order" page using your order number and email address.

Delivery Issues, Loss or Damage

If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Depending on the situation, we will offer you a replacement delivery or a full refund. For damaged shipments, please provide us with clear photos to allow us to process your claim quickly.
