2. Payment Processing
- Payment is due at the time of completing your order.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks
- Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Refunds are issued in the original currency used (GBP, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD or SGD).
- In the event of payment issues or disputes, we ask you to contact our customer service first before initiating a chargeback.
