These Payment and Billing Terms govern payment processing for orders on Homezys across all our markets: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

2. Payment Processing

  • The currency displayed at checkout is binding.

  • Price changes are possible at any time, but not after an order has been completed.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Refunds are issued in the original currency used (GBP, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD or SGD).
  • In the event of payment issues or disputes, we ask you to contact our customer service first before initiating a chargeback.
