What payment methods do you accept?

My payment was cancelled. What can I do?

In rare cases, a payment may be cancelled by your payment provider. Please try placing the order again or choose an alternative payment method.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, of course. Please send us an email at support@homezys.com and we'll provide your invoice as quickly as possible.

These are estimates and may vary depending on your region, customs clearance or delays in remote areas.

Can I choose a specific delivery date or time?

Unfortunately this is not possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status at any time.

My delivery is delayed – what can I do?

In most cases, orders are delivered within the stated timeframe. If there is a delay, please check the status via our order tracking page. For further questions, our customer service team is happy to help.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy, where all steps are explained in full.

This return right applies to all countries:

  • Australia, New Zealand, Singapore

Order Tracking

Where do I find my tracking information?

After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Alternatively, you can track your order via the "Track Your Order" page using your order number and email address.

My tracking shows no information yet – why?

Tracking information only becomes active once the parcel has been processed by the carrier. Please note that this can take a few hours.

I haven't received a tracking email – what should I do?

Please check your spam folder first. If you still can't find the email, contact us and we'll resend the information immediately.
